Cheques:
Cheques are a simple way to pay your invoice, and we request clients to mail cheques to:

Credit Card Payments:
As a service to our clients we have provided the ability to pay their business insurance invoices via credit card, which is an option not offered by most brokerages on business insurance due to the considerable transaction costs credit card processing companies charge. Many clients appreciate the ease this creates, the opportunity to collect points etc.
Wire or Direct Deposit:
We have made wire funds and direct deposit payments available to ALIGNED clients. Wire funds and direct deposits provide a great benefit to clients who are transferring funds from one currency.
Premium Financing:
ALIGNED guarantees premium financing for all clients and provides this service through its partners First Insurance Funding & CAFO. This provides our clients with an option for monthly withdrawals directly from their accounts.
Many clients choose this option as it spreads their premium payment across the term of their policy and significantly helps their organization’s cash flow. Adjustments can be made easily to payment schedules if a positive or negative endorsement takes place during the policy term. Premium financing is also a great way for clients to consolidate several policy payments into one monthly withdrawal. Email Transfer:
A quick and easy option for clients is email transfers, which can be done through your financial institution. Only 3 steps are required to complete an email transfer.
- Email transfer funds to ar@alignedinsurance.com
- Include the Invoice No. & Account No. in the message section of the email transfer
- Send a separate email to ar@alignedinsurance.com with your transaction password
